1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items returned after this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Note: Certain items such as customized/personalized stationery, gift cards, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@stationeryysale.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. (Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.)
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
Timeline: If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@stationeryysale.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
